Besides The Exercises - What makes Your Program Unique? The educational and rehab training exercises are taught by a board certified physical therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, who is also a men’s pelvic floor specialist. Both the educational and exercise aspects of the program are designed to equip you with the most up to date evidence based clinical research for rehab exercises, recovery tips, and latest rehab protocols for sexual dysfunction (to be able to discuss with your doctor). Allowing you to be proactive, and make sure your prostatectomy recovery journey is a successful experience. The program helps clear up a lot of the common misconceptions around Kegel exercises, as well a educates you on the most recent clinical studies that deal with sexual dysfunction treatment options – specific to post prostatectomy patients.

How does the “Your Prostate Recovery Game Plan” program work? The program is very simple to follow, intuitive, and all online. By being all online – it eliminates the need to sort through multiple DVDs, or having to read through extensive manuals. These are NOT live classes or downloadable videos – instead these are live streamed, and available on demand 24/7 to fit any busy schedule and life. The program is design to be completed over 5 weeks – but you will have access to the program for a total of 10 weeks!

How Does Doing An Online Rehab Program Work?I recognize that it can be hard to understand exactly how this online rehab thing works. Rest assured, this program is based on research, clinical evidence and functional anatomy. The program is also a direct reflection of my clinical practice experience of over two decades. Because I spend time educating you how the body was designed to function, it is easy to translate this into a guided online program. Each week you have educational videos, instructional videos, exercise print outs, and a rehab plan. You’ll watch the videos, print your handouts, do the outlined exercises, and then apply what you’ve learned functionally throughout the week. Specifically, each week you can expect: A description of the “Game Plan” for that week A series of videos (educational and instructional) Detailed instructions on what to expect that week Downloadable instructions and pictures of the exercises or stretches for that week

Why Do I Need to Wait to Progress Each Module on Weekly Basis? This program is rehab based, not fitness based. And as such, clients need to be progressed at a certain pace to see the best possible results. The effectiveness of the program is due in part to the accountability and structure of the programs. Each piece builds on the previous training, allowing the body the ideal amount of time to properly build strength and new awareness to help establish specific neuromuscular coordination before your body is able to progress to the next level. As you move through the modules, you can always review past weeks of content as needed. As with any physical therapy rehab program, it is most effective when you consistently build week by week.

When Can I Start This Program? For the best possible results, start this program before your actual procedure! Multiple research studies demonstrate faster recovery with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction issues after a prostatectomy. Besides having stronger and more coordinated pelvic floor muscles to help with faster healing - It just makes sense that you can learn to perform these exercises much easier before you have surgery. When getting started before your prostatectomy, you can effectively learn to connect with the proper muscles and become both stronger and efficient with the exercises before those muscles undergo the “controlled trauma” of a prostate removal procedure. For those that start the program after their prostatectomy. Most men are typically able to begin doing these pelvic floor exercises after about 1-2 weeks after their surgery.. The key here is to only start with the approval of your surgeon, ***AND – ONLY AFTER THE CATHETER HAS BEEN REMOVED! And for those that are eager to get started today - You’ll actually be able to start this program right after you sign up online. As after you make your purchase, you will be taken to a welcome page, and given instant access to your online training to get started.

What If Something Comes Up and My Online Access To the Program Expires? If you know you will be traveling or something will prevent you from keeping up with your program, please contact us to discuss the option of manually pausing your program access. I don’t recommend starting and stopping rehab if you can help it because it can hinder your progress, but I understand life happens – and I am very happy to extend things out a few weeks for you… Remember: There are four extra weeks of access already built into the program that is designed to take 5-6 weeks.

What Is The Program’s Guarantee/Refund Policy?I want you to be able to test drive this first half of this program without absolutely any risk. Now with that said - This program has 7 different modules – So, if for any reason you don’t see the value in the information presented – or you’re not happy with the results you are starting to see in the first 3 modules – No problem, just shoot me an email and I’ll refund your money right away, no questions asked. But, once you access module #4 and beyond – there is no refund offered.

How Much Time Do I Need To Be Able to Commit Each Week? The videos are intended to be watched at the start of the week - Once you watch the videos, you don’t typically need to re-watch them. The first week has the most videos to help you get quickly up to speed – with about a little over an hour of videos to watch. However, each of the following weeks has closer to 35-50 min of videos to watch. There are some isolated exercises that you will perform 2-3x each day, with each taking about 6-10 minutes to complete. However, the isolated exercises are just a small piece of the puzzle… A bigger piece of the puzzle is the functional integration of the specific pelvic floor and deep core muscles. In other words, I give you practical strategies for the activities you do on a daily basis to be able to strengthen and coordinate the proper muscles – so that these things become habits – and you won’t have to do the isolated exercises anymore to stay strong and healthy.

Can I access the program from my smart phone, tablet, lap top computer or desktop computer?Yes, our platform is now optimized for use on all these devices. – I highly encourage you to find a way to print of the rehab exercise sheets at the beginning of each week to follow along regardless of what device you watch the videos on.
